Sendmail Not Processing/Responding after bootup.

Also, I found out that, if I were to stop the PCMCIA network (connected
via dhcp), sendmail will be responsive again.
Once it's eth1 is re-started, it will hang sendmail at this location
$ telnet localhost 25
Trying 127.0.0.1
Connected to localhost.localdomain
Escape character is ^]
And then it will hang there for up to 45 seconds before the sendmail
banner comes out.
eth0 is static.
