trouble installing FC2 on Supermicro 370DER - Serverworls chipset - "agpgart: posted write buffer flush took morethen 3 seconds"

I can not install FC2 on this board. I get as far as loading agpgart and then
I get:

agpgart: posted write buffer flush took morethen 3 seconds
agpgart: posted write buffer flush took morethen 3 seconds
agpgart: posted write buffer flush took morethen 3 seconds
.
.
.
etc.

This happens with graphical or text install modes.

This hapens using "boot: linux nofb".
