No, Liferea, Straw and Snownews are in "testing".

While Liferea may appear pretty stable, the upstream developers
classify it as "alpha" level software and hence take the freedom to
change and break the code whenever they like to. ;) And indeed, even
code changes in minor version upgrades have broken features (like HTTP
proxy support or GNOME integration). Further, the high number of
different feeds in the wild makes testing not easy. So, it's better to
keep these in "testing" for some time and hope that the Fedora
community helps in reporting any issues.

And update to Liferea 0.6.1 is in the queue.
