FC3 upgrade

ok, I know this must be a dumb question, but what is the "online way?"
I'm running core 3 test 3 now, so I would imagine that not that much has
changed.  Is there some kind of smart update (up2date or yum?) that will
upgrade to a new version without downloading the ISOs?
