Download the iso images, burn either just iso #1 or the boot.iso (found on iso 
#1)  and do a local network install via NFS, FTP, or HTTP.  This of course 
presumes that you have a machine that can act as a server.  BTW doing an 
install is far faster than reading 3 or 4 CDs in generally takes me 20-30 
minutes to do the upgrade this way.
