So you are trying to mount a remote directory as local:/mnt/cdrom when
there is already a CD-ROM mounted as local:/mnt/cdrom? Why are you
trying to do this? Why not just umount the local CD-ROM from /mnt/cdrom
before trying to do the NFS mount? Or mount the remote directory at a
different mount point, e.g.
# mkdir /mnt/nfs-cdrom
mount -r server:/mnt/cdrom /mnt/nfs-cdrom
