Cannot download FC3

Does anyone know what the delay is with Fedora Core 3?

We are now well into Monday 8th November (the release date) and still 
all the mirrors and download servers are still playing "access denied - 
na-na-na-na-na you can't download it!!!"

WTFIGO?

Is it being released today or what? and why the delay, if it's on the 
servers why not let people download it?
