Memory Speed

Hi,

Does anybody know if it is possible to tell the speed of the memory I
have installed in my machine without opening it up? Its been in there
a while now and I've completly forgotten what I bought :(  I think its
PC2700, but I'm not sure.

cat /proc/meminfo gives:
