Did you google?

ls /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/crypto/

Has all available kernel cryptomodules.

modprobe cyrptoloop
modprobe twofish (as example)

dd if=/dev/urandom of=$HOME/cryptedfile bs=1M count=96

losetup -e twofish /dev/loop0 $HOME/cryptedfile

mkfs -t ext2 -m0 /dev/loop0

losetup -d /dev/loop0

chown user:user $HOME/cryptedfile

example fstab entry:
/home/user/cryptedfile	/home/user/cryptedmount ext2	defaults,noauto,loop,encryption=twofish,user	0 0

To mount the encrypted space of 96MB create first the mountpoint "mkdir
/home/user/cryptedmount" and then run "mount /home/user/cryptedmount".
