Is option "Install everything" possible on x86_64 FC3?

Yes, I know about the /usr/lib and /usr/lib64 directories.
I was asking about how rpm and anaconda handle different arch. binaries
(not scripts) that has the same name and reside in common directories
like /usr/bin.
