Just to add a few more comments.  I downloaded Azureus, installed it.  
It does require a JRE that is at least 1.4.1 (I have 1.4.2_05).  It 
works much better than BitTorrent and has much more information (great 
when you are trying to figure out what is happening.)  I am still using 
the heidelberg link from linux.duke.edu.  One other comment, download 
the .torrent file to your local drive and point your torrent client to 
it.  That seems to work better than trying to run Azureus from the 'net 
connection, at least on my slow connection.
