Have you tried to get anything from a Fedora mirror lately?  I get timeouts
from all of them trying to keep up with the post FC3 updates.   I've thought
about mirroring a repo via rsync, but it's really only an issue around times
of major releases.  Anyhow, I have Pine now so I can read mail via SSH.
