Incorrect permissions for /dev/hdc and hdd on a fresh install of FC3

Hi,

I've done a fresh install of FC3 (not done the updates yet) and have
found that k3b is happy picking up the CDRW and DVDRW as su, but not as
a normal user.

Has this been fixed with the updates or has something gone wobbly which
I can fix somehow?
