Backing up and exporting a GNUPG key

Hey,

I've recently created a key with GNUPG. However, I'm now backing up my
system (FC3-T3) to do a fresh install of FC3, and I don't know how to do
three things:

  1. Export my key to a keyserver.
  2. Back up my key so I can later reinstall it.
  3. Restore my key on the new system.

Perhaps I'm dense, but I have not found the answers while reading the
docs and I have to reinstall *today* so I'm now short on time.

Any help?
