FC3 and Evolution 2

I upgraded from FC2 to FC3 on a Dell 600m laptop. Evolution has all my
data. I use IMAP for most of my email with local mbox for localhost
generated messaged. All of the contacts, tasks and calendar items came
across.
Their is a message when Evolution starts up about deleting the old
files. I haven't done it yet. I assume that I can, but wanted to read
more to see what exactly it's deleting.
