Yes, easily,
just use virtual name eth0:1 as network device for second interface on
the same NIC.

========================
# ifconfig

eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:0D:60:12:21:2C
          inet addr:192.168.10.1  Bcast:192.168.10.255
Mask:255.255.255.0
          inet6 addr: fe80::20d:60ff:fe12:212c/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:13 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 b)  TX bytes:714 (714.0 b)

eth0:1    Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:0D:60:12:21:2C
          inet addr:10.2.0.1  Bcast:10.2.0.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
          UP BROADCAST MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 b)  TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
