pure-ftpd not, FC3 comes with vsftpd, proftpd is available through 3rd
party repository.

All other services/applications are base of the Core.

As this is not supported upgrade path you do it at own risk. Don't do it
without having a full valid backup. Please see other hints on this
list's archive for upgrading from previous Red Hat releases or previous
Fedora Core releases. Most aspects are valid for coming from RHEL too. I
believe to remember someone here on the list reported a successful
migration in the past.

Don't know if it is wise in your situation to run your services on
Fedora. You didn't give enough information to evaluate this from here.
But you may need a distribution with a longer lifetime. You can't pay or
have no need for the support by subscribing for RHEL? Think about using
CentOS, Tao Linux or Whitebox Linux then.
