Gnump3d

Hello 

I have installed Gnump3d, it is used to stream mp3s, everything is
setup correct, because I can access the website on my own PC, but not
from a nother pc.

I think  that IP tabels is blocking the port, but I added a rule that
should allow connections to the specific port, so it should work but I
don't think it does.

Or can it be the permission of the user that runs it?

Can any one help me? 
What am I not doing right?

I have FC2.
