modem and cd writer issues

Hi,
 
I am new to linux. I installed Fedora core 2. Its working fine.
However, it is not finding my d-link DFM-560I+++  internal modem. Its running beautifully with windows 2000.
Also, i am able to read the contents of the cd but cannot use it for writing/burning. The cd writer i am using is LG 52X32X52 
 
Can you please suggest me from where i can download the drivers in order to make them work.
 
Any help- would be appreciated.
