Yum problem after update on FC-3

You are trying to run Rawhide.  Rawhide is broken.

1) Disable the fedora-devel repo
2) Reinstall python and yum from FC3
3) Downgrade those 200 packages you upgraded from Rawhide
4) Fix your livna repo config.

Or reinstall.  It's up to you.
