Optimizing Updates

I have two FC1 and two FC2 servers(I will update to FC3 when time permits)
on the same network interacting with each other providing services
internally and externally.  When I have to update them I end up downloading
the same files - wasting bandwidth and time.

How would I go about downloading all of the files for FC1 and FC2 to one of
my servers and then making those updates available for up2date for the other
3?
