boot of FC3 just stops

Hello there!

I did a clean install of FC3 today and although the dualboot with my 
win2000 didn't work it booted into FC3 (which I can probably finx 
another way) but the booting just stops when it reaches 'setting kernel 
parameters'. The computer doesn't hang or something, it just stops with 
the booting of FC3?? Any ideas anyone??
