When in doubt, use the simple search.  Searching for "install color" gives
4 bugs, two of them being 132381 and, the one it dups, 132382.

Bugzilla is a developer tool.  Developer time is generally better spent
fixing bugs than going through and re-categorizing them.

Of course that isn't meant to discourage someone for going to a bug and
saying "Hey, I see this in FC3, too".  Then it is up to the maintainer if
the bug should stay where it is (devel) or move to FC3.
