problem with vncserver on fc3

I didn't think about rhgb using :1, though that would
explain it.
And I didn't open a bugzilla ticket, because I thought
the problem was between my ears.
If the problem is rhgb using :1 while trying to start
vncserver on :1, does that qualify as a "bug"? I
suppose rhgb could be configured to use an unlikely
session number, but as long I know how to work around
it, I'm okay with it.
