OT: Manage your Customer Contacts

Any one got some recommendations for a customer contact database solution, 
web interface with a MySql backend?

I would like to manage customer contacts, address details, and add history 
information, asign a sales person to the contact, etc

I've done a quick search on fresmeat/sourceforge, but would prefer a 
recommendation from some one...
