Can this go from FC2 to FC3

Should work. I was able to update from FC2 to FC3 on a PI/166Mhz, 64MB
(+sufficient swap ;-) ), w/ 2GB HD - Slow but doable and usable.

I wouldn't be sure about GUI-based installation, but text-based
installation should work.
