You mean it in the opposite direction: up2date as a front-end to use apt
repositories? If not, then you don't know what apt is. Else

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources
### this describes the various package repos up2date will look into
### for packages. It currently supports apt-rpm repos, yum repos,
### and "dir" repos
