vmware workstation 4.5.2 on fc3 with 2.6.10rc1 kernel

I had been running vmware workstation 4.5.2 on fc3 with 2.6.9 kernel,
but with the 2.6.10rc1 it does not work...when i try to run it, i get
those messages:

And, the log says nothing...just that i have to ask for support.

Do you have any idea of this?
