I just tried bootpart and it stops after displaying
Bootsector from C.H. Hochstatter
GRUB

I also tried upgrading the kernel to 2.6.9-1.678_FC3. Now I get a little more
information when I try booting from a Grub boot floppy:

Booting 'Fedora Core 2.6.9-1.678_FC3'
root hd0,1
Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0x83
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.9-1.678_FC3 ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 rhgb quiet
Error 22: No such partition
Press any key

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Paul
