FC3 not detecting my Canon Powershot A60 camera

This is what I do for my Canon A75: 
 
- I plug camera to usb 
- I switch camera to view mode 
- I turn on camera 
- I run "Digital Camera Tool" (gtkam) 
 
Camera is properly detected and I can download photos. 
 
Use "USB PTP Class Camera" - if you choose other, it will not work, 
and you have to switch camera off and on to get it work. 
 
If it doesn't work try to switch camera off and on and try again. 
 
For gThumb it is same and it works for me too.
