FC3 Upgrade Dell PowerEdge 2600

I have a Dell 2600 with the Perc 4/Di Raid. It was working fine on 
Fedora Core 2 and then I upgraded to Fedora Core 3 and it will not 
boot the kernel. I get ...

mkrootdev: label / not found
mounting root filesystem
mount: error 2 mounting ext3
mount: error 2 mounting none
switching to new root
switch root: mount failed:22
umount /initrd/dev failed: 2
kernel panic - not syncing: attempted to kill init

I think it has to do with the megaraid driver, but not sure and not 
sure how to fix it. I have been working on it for 4 days now with no 
success. I can get into the machine with the FC 3 Rescue CD. Can 
you help me? Thanks
