FC3 Install Hang at AIC7xxx driver load

Trying to install FC3 on an Dell Precision 670 machine and it hangs
forever until hard reboot at the loading AIC7xxx driver.  I can do a
cntrl-C to continue, but then I have to eventually load a driver in
order for the installation to recognize the SCSI drives.  Anyone know of
a driver or solution for the machine?  Specs below:

DELL PRECISION 670
Dual Xeon 3.6Ghz
3 Gb Ram
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3400
Adaptec Embedded SCSI Host RAID Controller AIC7901A
(2) Seagate SCSI Disk St373453LW
