howto disable ipv6 bind 9.2.3

Hi all,

Anyone know how to completely disable ipv6 lookups in bind 9.2.3?  I'm
having a problem on fc2 where 5-10 second delays are present while using
telnet and ssh.  Disabling ipv6 on ssh with the -4 option fixes the problem.
Ethereal shows that the delay occurs while bind attemps to lookup ipv6
addresses.

I have already disabled ipv6 on fc2 by editing modprobe.conf
