It is not a matter of people not wanting to help.  This is a topic that 
has been discussed at great length on this list and also on the test 
list.  The standard answer has become "check the release notes" because 
of this fact.  In most cases, the people on this list are very helpful, 
so don't be discouraged from posting.  This particular issue is just a 
bit of a sore point.
