Digging into the complete quote at the bottom of your messages (don't
top post!) and previous replies, no, you don't need to add any
external package repository to get k3b. k3b is included since Fedora
Core 2. Even if you find a newer release of k3b, newer does not always
mean better. And in case of Fedora Core packages, installing upgrades
which are not official Fedora Core Updates would only move you away
and create a less tested and fully unsupported installation.
