kdewebdev / quanta: tidy missing?

After having learned that quanta is not withdrawn, but renamed, I
installed kdewebdev-v-3.3.1-1

Starting the program I get an error message:

   tidy ist missing, HTML syntax checking is not available.

I get the message both on my x86_64 and my i386 system. Does anybody
else see this message?
I could not find a bug report in bugzilla,yet.
