Crossover Office should be able to handle all of these.  It is a seperate 
package you have to pay for, but it allows you to run many plugins and 
applications designed for Windows. http://www.codeweavers.com/

I do recommend that you get him AWAY from Outlook. It is a security breach 
waiting to happen.  (As well as a badly designed mail app.)  A good 
replacement is Evolution, which comes with Fedora.
