Where is the FC3 kernel Source?

Linux yes. Fedora core's probably not the best choice of Linux distributions. 
I'd look to one where I thought the vendor understands the importance of my 
systems and takes appropriate care with _his_ product.

I'd not expect anyone to take the requisite care over FC.
