Separate Mail Boxes for Different Accounts in Evolution

Have you tried "fetchmail" ?
Sounds like you have a single mailbox at your ISP you want to split up 
for users?
You need to do that before using Evolution.
Fetchmail does POP3 collections which are then distributed internally. 
Trouble is, "bcc" messages all go to postmaster unless your ISP puts the 
optional "X-envelope-to:" in the header.
