mozilla mplayerplug-in

i have fc3 and just installed mplayerplugin for mozilla. and when i try 
to play, i get this error:

Toolkit mismatch mozilla(GTK1), plug-in(GTK2)

and i found this  help at http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/linux.html#mplayer

  If you are not using a build of Mozilla compiled with GTK2 support, 
you will need to run configure with --enable-gtk1

now, how do i run that configure?
