inable to found th dhcpd.conf file

hello,
The DHCP service is installed under my station fc2 (by the quickstart) but I
do not found the file /etc/dhcpd.conf. where is it?

when I try to install dhcp-3.0.1rc12-4.i386.rpm, the system give me this
message:
"attention: dhcp-3.0.1rc12-4.i386 : signature V3 DSA: NOKEY, key ID
4f2a6fd2.  the dhcp package is alredy installed"

When I try to install the RPM dhcp-devel-3.0.1rc12-4.i386.rpm , it gives me
the same result without 'the package is installed"
What does mean this message? does it mean that I need a key to install this
package?
