[FC3] Weird library problems

Wow! I have a similar problem and no clue as to how to fix it. 
Fortunetly in my case, my error is on one line, which reads,

"/usr/X11R6/lib/libGLU.so.1.3.#prelink#.rU0w0A is empty, not checked."

I have no idea why that happens or how to correct it...
