Why no /proc/config.gz on FC-3 kernel?

Actually, for most sysadmins, their bill is the same: the salary of the 
new-guy who gets paid the same regardless of the problem.

But your attitude, sadly prevailing these days, is pretty much why even 
long-time Linux admins like myself have gotten sick of the so-called 
"linux community".
