I typed
echo $PATH
and I got the following
[tgrier at localhost ~]$ echo $PATH
/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/lib/jre/bin:/home/tgrier/bin:/usr/lib/jre/bin

I assume from this that /usr/local/bin is in my path... correct?
