You probably need to make the NIC inactive on boot, which should speed
booting. I think there was a tweak one could do to make the NIC load
after PCIMA starts but don't remember exactly where I saw it.
Can you configure the card once the system is up using the networg config tools?
I seem to recall that the NIC needed to be set up after the initial
boot rather than during the anaconda/firstboot process.

I can't help you with the video since I don't have that issue on my Armada M700.
