IMHO a better way to sort out what file systems have been mounted is to
use the command:

df -vh

That should tell you which devices are mounted, where they are mounted,
and how much space is available and used.

Compare that with the output of

fdisk -l

and you should have a complete picture of what partitions have been
defined and which ones have been formatted and mounted.
