A couple things come to mind:
1. Do a kickstart install either locally or over your network.
2. Tweak a machine however you like & use mondo rescue, install resulting image.
3. Check out the stateless linux thread earlier today on fedora-devel,
I have not played with that (yet) but it looks promising.
4. A bootable CD might also be an interesting alternative, there was a
discussion on fedora-devel recently on that topic as well.

I'm sure you'll get more & possibly better suggestions... I know
there's one guy on this list in SA who has done *lots & lots(tm)* of
installs for his company (pinnacle?).
