Matrox has drivers at various opsys at:
http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/latest/home.cfm
I know the driver there is for RH9 but have you tried using
this? What about the mga driver in xorg? You'll need to tell
us whether this work at all or what problems you have with it.
