PERC 4e/Si not recognized during fc2 install

I'm trying to install fc2 on a Dell PowerEdge 1850 with a PERC 4e/Si
controler.

fc2 does not auto-recognize the the controller/disk device during install
and prompts for a driver.

Niether the:
MegaRAID 418, 428, 438, 466, 762 (megaraid)

nor the:
LSI Logic Fusion MPT Base/SCSI

selections are effective.

>From various 'net searchs and corespondance I know that RHEL and its
derivitives recognize the device.

What's the problem and how do I fix it?
