remastering Fedora

Anyone know where to look for information on remaster Fedora? I need to 
change the iso image such that the default packages to be installed are 
different. I might also need to add a couple new packages. Where do I 
start? I'm familiar with packaging and compiling and all that so I just 
need to know where to change the settings that compromise the 
installtion process of Fedora. Thanks.
